This stately building used to house the city scale for weighing and judging hops. That historic atmosphere is still there but has been given a nice update. In the museum, you will learn about the history of growing, harvesting and processing hops; interspersed with interesting videos on how things work on farms and breweries today.
Admire the Belgian Beer Collection with more than 2,500 beers collected and digitised in the 'beer table'. For children, there are various quests adapted by age.
Every first Sunday of the month, the museum brings life to the brewery. On that day, you visit the museum for free and enjoy fascinating guided tours and activities. Various free activities are also offered on Heritage Day and Open Monuments Day.
