On Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 September 2027, Poperinge’s main square will be the place to be for all picon lovers!
Cheerfully decorated stalls, bunting, music and entertainment set the scene for this summery weekend. Sample around thirty different picons – which one will be your favourite? Or would you rather take part and become a stallholder at the Picon Festival?
On Sunday afternoon, French and Flemish giants parade through the streets of Poperinge’s town centre. At the Paardenmarkt, the giants and music groups pause to show off their talents. A spectacle not to be missed!
