The sustainably farmed beef comes directly from the farmer in Lo-Reninge; artisan products are supplied by Sowepo in Poperinge.

The drinks menu includes Keikoppenbier, Hommelbier and St. Bernardus, all full-bodied Westhoek classics that never fail to hit the spot.

During the afternoons, passers-by are tempted in by the delicious scents of homemade pancakes and hot waffles wafting through the door.
