This signposted walk starts in Proven and takes you past beautiful patches of greenery through the rolling Hoppeland and the wooded surroundings of the Canada-and Sixtus forests. You can choose a 9 or 12 km trip.
A stone's throw from Poperinge is Proven, a peaceful village of about 1,400 inhabitants. The Provenade leads you along hopfields and small roads to the forgotten forests of Proven and Krombeke.
The walking leaflet is available free of charge from the Tourist Office or the tourist information point in De Lovie.
